the heating worked perfectly and the location was excellent with the added bonus of an ev charger

breakfast with nice quality ingredients, dinner was also delicious, great kids choice also, kids loved the pool was a little on the cool side but we soon warmed up

room with two large and very comfortable beds that easily slept two adults and two small kids, as well as a good buffet style breakfast for three of us (the baby didn't need it)

onsite parking great central location - 2 minutes walk to town park and southwater shopping good sized

room had 3 chips under bed and a kids ball pool ball under another

wifi was really good as well, very important for evenings with a small child

i booked this hotel because they welcome dogs and because there was ev chargers near the door, unfortunately this was a little premature, they had yet to be connected
