had kids and was told they could play pool until 3:30 to be told the next they couldn't

dark, dirty, sticky things on floor, felt sad for my kids to step in dirty floors, hair on bed, room was 50 degrees cold

clean room, especially for a pet friendly room

housekeeping was doing laundry on our floor and there must not be proper exhaust in the laundry room because walking down

for a second night because people live here and stepping aside for homeless to come in to do laundry

close to food and airport and provided airport shuttle service!!

is great, super friendly, free shuttle anytime to and from airport which is 5 minutes away

i had a 5 am flight and the shuttle service was perfect
