we enjoyed the homemade soups and the breakfasts were outstanding. the staff was great!!

the shuttle was stuck in the snow and uber and lyft had no drivers available

it wasn't that big of a deal for us, but a family with young kids or early sleepers would have found it challenging

covid times...no restaurant, no room service, no cleaning service,and no gym.

room service was mediocre in options and quality maybe because hotel restaurant has been closed and

for incidentals on a credit card upon arrival - especially if a guest is not going to be using room service etc

early check in fee, even though their check in is at 4:00pm

the gym facility seemed a little dated but very clean

room was very small, the bath towels were dirty, and there nothing for kids to do there

disliked that there is no breakfast service at the lobby bar

the service at the bar was amazing

they also accommodated a late check out, which was extremely helpful

decent gym for a hotel, can do a complete upper body workout but useless for a leg day

gym was excellent

whimsical decor , gorgeous room, bathroom, got a free upgrade and breakfast buffet which was really nice as well
