please add hair dryer on the washroom, and silverware on the kitchen

breakfast was great. everything was very clean.

breakfast was fantastic and the workers were extremely helpful

suite was spacious, very clean, comfortable and the kitchen contained all utensils you require to make light meals

the amenities included in the price such as the breakfast , the weekday dinner, the saltwater pool, wifi, and the complamentry lemon water

small kids, i wish the shower had at least a faucet at the bottom or the shower head could be handheld

rooms are big with a little kitchenette, dishwasher, large fridge and microwave, everything you need is in the kitchenette

we had requested early check in and they were happy to accommodate

they have a few pool toys (noodles, balls) for the kids to play with (+)the pool had toys for the kids (-) my three kids were disappointed not to have a morning swim (+) bit fancy for kids and offered a (+) pool was perfect for kids (-)many kids running around (-) (possibly paper towels from some kids that had been in there earlier) it looked like there could be a bit of re-tiling work that (-) kids were screaming and yelling making the stay not relaxing at (-)there are kids running around when it's weekend days and nights. (-)kids screaming and playing hockey outside of our room and running up and down the hallway

tub, dry sauna, and swimming pool was amazing

hangers in closets, a regular coffee maker, larger variety of kitchen utensils, grab bars in the bath tub so old folks can get out, and a non slip bath mat

new and well equipped modern suite in new high rise condo building in central kitchener location, on lrt line and short walk to downtown

dec 23/24 night the go trains stationed beside laundry buildings grew so loud lasted from 3 am till 6 am - i thought there literally was a

so smaller room, can not adjust bath water, unstable wifi, and some cleaning staffs no responses

breakfast on 2nd floor was very good

morning twh restuarant didn't open until 10am so we had to find another location for breakfast - front staff recommended across the street and it was very good

or room service that offers more than delivering milk or cream for your coffee

loved the gym on the first floor

the ev charging stations were important for us

were doing quarantine so their were no room service which is understandable

cost 12$ per night to park outside in kitchener,

breakfast was rather basic and plain.

breakfast available earlier - new early flights out of kitchener. door handle needs fixing.
