i also wanted a late check out at noon but the staff never answered my texts

check in experience with jessie joe, friendly and made our life so much easier by allowing us a late check out when he heard that our flight out was late the following evening

location was great many things to do and all in walking distance brandon was a great joy at the bar and the young women who checked us in was also

we very much appreciated all the safety/ cleaning measures and reservations needed for the pool

the rooftop bar was fun and convenient since it was located at the hotel

were a bit disappointed that both the downstairs bowling alley and the rooftop infinity pool were only available to guests 21 yrs and older

the pool areas (both the roof too and 4th floor locations) were so inviting

because of covid we couldn’t use the pool or fitness center
