spa was great for couples massage

was great in most instances, room service was quick

nice and comfortable facilities, also they offer a very good spa service.

expensive and fruit is not as fresh as other places in morelos also it was hard to get answer in room service between 3 and 5 pm

don't go to the spa that's a real rip off and not worth the money

pool area is not on the same level as the rest of the hotel

we went for an anniversary and they surprised us with a free dessert while we were at the pool

to the garden, the room was so clean, the bed was comfortable, tastefully decorated, there was a pool but we did not use it

there was a moment when i was rushed and accidentally over paid for room service without realizing it

the possibility of using a small gym and tennis courts free of charge was nice to have

food in the room service is really bad, also they charge me for a room to get ready for my wedding cos the

pool: the pool area was fantastic large, clean, and surrounded by comfy loungers and umbrellas

the pool was a bit crowded.
