little bit of confusion in regards to shuttle to and fro, however the reception staff were very helpful and therefore it was all sorted

i loved the breakfast buffet and the big shower

that the pool was closed.

pool was under maintenance so could not use it but the hotel next to us allowed use of their pool

i traveled with 3 kids

it's nice to have a gym, the gym is small and has limited equipment

self laundry is on site & full gym

there is a daily parking fee of $14 but a free shuttle service.

the beds and pool

none of the two elevators worked until the morning of checkout, we had to haul our luggage and 3 kids (including a 6-week infant) up and down the narrow stairs to the 4th floor where our room was

the pool area was clean

breakfast was great, room was spacious and clean, the gym was also sufficient.

shuttle only once an hour. every 30min would be great.

since we were there for a basketball tournament it was nice to have laundry facilities and they were only $1 to wash and dry

i emailed the hotel two times to ask if they had an airport shuttle but i got no response

it beats waiting for a hotel shuttle especially since we arrived after 9 p

food at the restaurant was not good quality for the price, nothing healthy for kids other than fried

clean rooms, comfortable bed, great gym equipment, close the airport, ev charging stations

great lounge and bar with good drinks

the food and bar service excellent

the room was clean and modern. the lobby was expansive and the lobby bar was fun.

options, & they even had gummy bears, gummy worms, and reece’s pieces out every morning and my kids loved that

missed on enjoying our breakfast but this was because we were left around 4am to take our flight

breakfast was spot on with breakfast muffins, omelette, potatoes, sausages, pancakes, waffles,

used a lot of plastic during breakfast with disposable plates and glasses and that did not sit well with me
