the bar upstairs had a fabulous view, was intimate and comfortable, great service

bar was awesome

rooftop bar had excellent downtown views

the gym was awesome and has two peloton bikes

modern new comfy hotel with great vibe - great bar and food

they don't have a pool my kids love to swim they was so mad they couldn't.

the kids thought the pillows were to hard.

parking was a tad confusing and not super convenient, as i was traveling alone with young kids.

even the trush not removed, the floor it's not vacuumed we told them its not clean and i have kids however didnt make any difference , front desk no customer service we been in a lot of hotels

wish the room service was later because i didn t know where to get food without leaving after concert let

really enjoy grab and go breakfast but they give you tons of options from pastries to microwave sandwiches, cereal

my five year old loved seeing all the lights from our picture window, they loved the pool

the other guests were fighting in the hallways, kids were yelling and screaming outside our door

the gym was very very hot, my room smelled of cigarette smoke, the continental breakfast didn’t taste

shower floor was really slippery my kids fell twice and water pressure was not good at all

arrived, the system was down, but to prevent a delay in my check-in they accommodated me with an early check in and upgraded me to a king room, and to my knowledge because i haven’t checked yet
