kids didn't like the salt water swimming pool

breakfast, no upgrade options provided, had to repeatedly ask for things that weren't explained (gym, pool, cost of breakfast, menu for the restaurant, payment, parking)

only thing was bar food not as good as restaurant

at bar ignored us so we walked elsewhere to get coffee

the cafe bar with easy food was all we needed so didn’t use the restaurant

want to fully enjoy the panoramic views of the city, the cathedral and the ocean, relax in the spa bath and sleep amazingly on a huge comfortable bed, choose a junior suite, even if you stay for

shower was broken no restaurant or bar facilities ( not mentioned when booking)

helpful reception especially maría who organised a late check out for me when my ferry was delayed very appreciated

abba also let me check in early as the room was ready and late check out a bonus

did not have breakfast in the hotel i did not see any bar in ghe hotel location excellent

we came back after the bar had closed for the evening, but the staff member still served us and made us feel welcome
