no use of pool, no gym, the shuttle advertised on this site no longer for use, was given room keys to a used dirty

the treadmills at the gym were down so had to wait for thr one that worked

they have a shuttle but not sure it will take you downtown which would avoid the parking hassles

we could have used direct shuttle access from aiirport & shuttle to the docks.

got home, spa was amazing, the hot tub was amazing, gardens are well maintained

hot tub described as pool - but just a hot tub

the weather at the time, although unrealistic for the seasons, a pool would have been nice or perhaps an unheated hot

the room was pretty nice. i liked the little bistro slash coffee bar in the lobby.

all of the noise and commotion that i was later told by the hotel staff was caused by a bunch of kids who were in town for a soccer tournament

rooms, great décor, has a bar and food in the lobby but you can walk over to olive garden

very helpful staffs and nice bar food and service.
