room is like a small apartment — well set-up kitchen as well as comfortable bed and sitting area, and desk to work at

i really enjoyed the outdoor pool

the breakfast was great, they had great customer service, and the room was so clean and big enough for

extra for breakfast but due to the virus there was no breakfast, and difference was not refunded

grab and go breakfast included a sausage, egg, and cheese biscuit, yogurt, water, and coffee

i requested a late check out online but was told there was no record of it

it has ev chargers in the parking

suggestion is maybe start breakfast at 6am as most travelers want to beat the morning traffic while traveling

didn t like that the bar & grill didn t have better hours for dining we wanted to dine in and have drinks on premises

hotel bar had already closed but was able to walk 5 mins over to main st to get a beer instead

neither were their kids running around at the restaurant or in the elevator

the staff is super friendly and will shuttle you around downtown richmond and pick you up

kitchen could have used a few more utensils.

the shuttle driver was very knowledgeable of the restaurants close by and went in to check on wait

leading information regarding the wifi and the parking
