there apparently was no clean laundry in the whole hotel so we had to switch rooms

the lady checking us in told us about the membership so we got a complimentary early check in and late check out

staff were attentive and very pleasant the room was quirky and very comfortable the breakfast and evening meal were superb plenty choice and the open kitchen was a nice touch

i would have liked to have room service for food but was no instructiona on how to do this

superb breakfast. front desk staff facilitated early check in which was really appreciated.
