the hotel rooms were clean and the room service was also good

we arrived later in the evening, and the bar was still open, which was a plus for a nightcap and some food

one staff (girl)on in the night bar never say tbank you allways with bad face.

room service was very basic for a 5star, i had to suggestions, the milk came cold so did the food ,

and spa area, superb gardens, tranquility, luxury of its national monument building, very good wifi connections, friendly and helpful staff, room space and amenities

amenities are all excellent - we made full use of the gym, indoor heated pool and spa

the complimentary shuttle to the city centre was another great addition but the metro is only a couple of minutes

but there are plenty of places to sip and drink from the honesty bar and enjoy views over the river

the bar furniture is very old and depressing...and the bathroom lighting is depressing as well

we loved the facilities and were able to have drinks and snacks both nights at the rooftop bar that added to the special occasion

are equipped with tea/coffee facilities (we didn’t have any, but you can buy coffee from the bar downstairs) and iron/ironing board

they have a sauna and pool which i tested and loved

the rooftop bar is great, but it would be better if it offered more finger food options.

garden bar was relaxing and had a great vibe to it

no mini bar due to covid-19 restrictions

pool only opened at 1000 which was irritating for someone who is used to swimming before

one of the breakfast restaurant staff told us about their outdoor bar and entertainment scheduled for that night
