swimming pool was closed when we were there but we had been informed of this by email before our trip, so

the spa was so relaxing and golf course was nice

car parking spaces were tight for space with many big suv type cars using it

room service called while we were getting ready and i asked them to come back later which never

only issue was the breakfast was cold

had all the toiletries, the little garden outside our room was nice with a good view to the golf course

the pools are beautiful and the spa massage i had was one of the best

the pool and spa is beautiful

opted for the breakfast hamper and ate the excellent continental breakfast on our balcony above the brook

people can see in through the window) i also wasn’t very impressed with the noise levels with kids running up and down knocking on the door

the only downside is was the wifi was very bad only 1 bar my whole stay

the lovely attention in the bar where i sat with my book for a few hours, the extensive and healthy breakfast

great family hotel food is fab love the pool .i would stay again

were brilliant - had spa treatments booked in for the next day and they gave us a complimentary late check out

the bar menu was excellent with a great selection though one evening we waited about half an hour for

loved that we had access to a great leisure centre with a gym, pool and sauna

from the welcome at reception, to the restaurant staff and the prompt problem solving with the ev charger

the bar food was delicious and the atmosphere was very relaxing

wifi wasn t working well in the room.

the chlorine in pool was extremely strong, but nothing to complain about

free parking and wifi
