to answer telephone calls during the evening when there was a disturbance in the corridor; 2 of 3 ev chargers not working; room poorly maintained with broken door fittings, thermostat not secured

location was nice, views were lovely, car park was large and had ev chargers.

breakfast in the following morning was excellent and again the lady who sorted this for us was warm

our room was over the bar area and there was a small amount of low level noise from the bar,

breakfast was excellent, lots of choice hot breakfast cooked to order

i didnt like was that your website recommended that we get there early as there was not many parking spaces as it was shared
