location was beautiful, breakfast great, staff v friendly

restaurant and bar were similarly well

room service very early

the lounge & bar areas were well decorated & modern, our bedroom accommodation needed upgrading

everything was perfect and the breakfast was amazing

friendly efficient staff and relaxing atmosphere - especially liked the bar area

the bar coulda been open later.... it was a weekend.

at times for example being told it would be quicker to carry your own drinks rather than wait on room service and that they could not help with bookings for the spa

if we had been travelling without kids it might not have been such an issue but it kept our kids up which resulted in grumpy children

wedding at the hotel on sat, and from start to finish it was a disgrace, got to room then we had kids running by banging the doors, then my partner was at the bar down stairs went into the toilets

had a couple of issues with room service - one basic breakfast item not provided because

clean, comfortable beds and the kitchen

a bit disappointed that there was no 24hour room service, even for something basic after a night out

the kitchen has all facilities and there is a spacious living room

he very kindly had bread and cereal’s milk coffee and tea and full use of his kitchen

areas could have been cleaner - sheets, floors, kitchen, etc

well equipped kitchen with free chocolates and cereal

the room was absolutely perfect and the tv room and kitchen area were perfect

friendly, quiet location but quick drive into town, good view, ev charging

welcoming, delicious breakfast, and i loved being able to control the temperature in my room with a thermostat

breakfast ended at 10am but they still provided breakfast for us at 10

breakfast and location both excellent

the breakfast in the morning was ready when requested and delicious
