thank you to the staff for getting an ice vehicle moved out of one of the two ev charging spots to allow me to charge my car

the location was ideal and the fact it has an ev charger was great

the car park was full on arrival with a non-electric vehicle parked in the ev charger

like a decent cooked breakfast but they only offer continental

kids loved their bunk bed though

the restaurant and bar are very tastefully decorated as are the rooms

great selection of drinks at the bar and a feeling that you are in a home from home with a silver edge sewn in

the bar area had a great range of draught beer

boutique hotel developed from an old engineering works, cosy bar areas and a lovely restaurant with superb food , in the summer the terrace is lovely to have a

were unbelievably friendly and accommodated late check out needs which was hugely appreciated

the same mr nadin had brought room service on the eve of the wedding and at 1

room service was superb

given a late check out with no extra charge too

the first floor right near the stairs where guests where taking photos however didn’t wake the kids and was gone by

very poor wifi!! it was really disappointing for such a nice hotel.

was amazing, very clean and spacious and the gentlemen, one on reception and the other on the bar were very friendly, helpful and professional, lovely hotel and will definitely stay again

we were able to get plugged into the one type 2 ev charger which was free to use so were able to fully charge our car overnight

spa bath that didn’t work, cigarette burns in bath, radiator would not turn off in bathroom so

spa bath i expected to be bigger - if i'd have known i'd have got a cheaper room

a bit outdated, could here cars on the motorway nearby, the spa bath did not work just made a noise, extractor fan really loud, shower tap really stiff

was lovely and loved the spa bath after a hard day

and pillow are very hard duvet thin and room very cold had issues with kids running up and down the hallways banging on our doors until

in dining room extremely uncomfortable especially if you want to have a drink in bar and all the comfortable seats are taken

they didn't have any vegan butter options on the breakfast menu.
