many of the boys didn't even have parents at our hotel it was miserable and ruined our trip my kids were so excited to swim we swam for barely an hour and it was a complete disaster the whole

to wait 10 min for my airport shuttle in the morning, but it was 4am so i get it

in charge never brought me my wine and acted like it was a chore to bring me more bedding for my kids

we were very impressed with our room, a suite which came with a fully fitted and equipped kitchen

small kitchen in room was an unexpected bonus

bed and pillows super friendly check-in clerk at the counter let me know to be sure and try the breakfast as guess rave about it because they make it right as you stand

the lobby and pool area are both located by front desk so it's a nice overall common area

location, lots of restaurants and shopping, room was very nice and clean, pool was nice , it was a little small but the grandkids loved it
