why was the pool open to some and not others?

or mold in shower, ac didn't cool very well, no pool even though booking and hotel ammenities on web site said there was a pool

location was great, the facility was clean, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was very good

pool was overcrowded and dirty - the bar was understaffed so it took a long time to get
exceptional staff, cleanliness, and pool. will be returning next time i'm in ft. worth.
the bar didn't have moscato, but that really wasn't that big of a deal.
the hotel is beautifully decorated and clean. happy the pool was open til 10pm. we loved it!
