get to enjoy the pool , nor breakfast when i purchased it with my stay my first day customer service was

aloft was clean and comfortable. great location for us to visit family and get to the gym.

the hotel is very well designed, the staff was amazing, and having the bar on site is prefect.

had to re-clean my room, specifically the bathroom

never any room service for the entire 5 nite stay

the pool according to my kids was pretty cold so perhaps consider warming it up a bit more.

hot tub had to be drained & it took hours to heat back up & by the time we got in to enjoy it, pool hours were over so that was a bummer

driving all day, my kids were thrilled with the pool

but i need to comment that i noticed the staff refilling the coffee pots in the lobby during breakfast by carrying open top pitcher (water pitchers) brimming with hot

there were lots of kids there for a tournament

swimming pool was not clean

breakfast was excellent

loved that it had a kitchenette.
