appearance of the lobby, friendliness of the front desk , the bar and the server

from the layout if the room, to the bar/ food area in the lobby, to the pool with towels

the gym has plenty of equipment and is very clean as well

gym was nice, had a laundry area did not see but handy

the hotel is lovely and has a complete gym as well as a zen room

spread out, lush greenery, free laundry facilities, kitchenette, husband loves the golf courses & practice

loved the fact that there was laundry services in our building

loved the tennis and loved the pool

this is at best a one star resort but has a 4 star spa. spa was awesome.

breakfast was good and buffet was reasonably priced

late check out was not a problem, and (although the guest printer was not working) the front desk

all ,bar a lobby area ,pool and patio locations .

no breakfast or gym but we understand it’s covid times

had a pool and and an outside lounge area

pool was a little small but ok

oh and the breakfast was surprisingly good

front desk accommodation for early check in and late check out when available, shuttle service, fresh baked cookies

clean and located near restaurants within walking distance. great complimentary breakfast.

until we were leaving there is a small pool but very clean hotel, pillows superb, and the new gym excellent but could do with a cable machine and a little less cardio but all and all, great

in the bath room the water didnt get real hot but the shower was nice in hot and the sink in the kitchen was

great location to fly out on an early flight. loved the location! loved the pool too.

lobby bar closed early when we brought our whole wedding party back after the reception
