the wifi was good and the bed very comfortable

breakfast starts at 0830hrs which was a little late for us as we had to leave at 0630

the outside thermal pool/jacuzzi was a particular highlight

we couldn t reserve a table for afternoon tea or book a spa treatment due to the hotel being block booked due to a wedding

live music in the evening or a spa would have been a good

as we were away from the hotel at an event and didn't have time to use other facilities like the spa and restaurant

food and staff were exceptional and great value for money( kids eat free) reasonable priced ev chargers at the (+)had ev charging facilities

arrived early on a flight from ireland

stayed here over a week) i have found male beard hairs on my breakfast or dinner plate in the bar and breakfast area

moths had eaten a large area of carpet no 24hour room

plus you check in at 3pm, then kids hour at the pool is between 4 & 5

the kids were excited about it

to dislike even after our long flight got us in a little earlier as front desk saw how tired our kids were can't thank

is tight and the rear secure car park needs a few ev chargers

but it was hot even on the cool setting so i didn t think it was suitable to drink for me or my kids
