plugs in parking lot for ev charging

pool was advertised and that is the reason we selected this property and drove two extra hours to

the wifi was horrible. i wasn't able to use it the entire time

night parking was a little full and there isn t many handicap spot but the staff made sure i got up

excellent breakfast. clean room. friendly and capable staff at front desk and breakfast person.

we booked the hotel specifically because a pool is listed on the website

no kitchen supplies in our room, nothing worked, hot breakfast was gone too

i did like the breakfast that they had to offer. this was the best part of the stay for me.

excellent breakfast!!!!! it was super cold and nasty outside so it was nice to

fountains, planting of seating and tables, restaurant and bar and very nice work out room & pool

we went to the rooftop bar one evening and it was obviously popular, but also very fun

rooftop bar is a great place to grab a drink

our room was right under the bar and the sound of chairs moving was very loud.

they were able to accommodate an early check in

that works at the front desk and bar was very nice and helpful

i loved how the seating areas were, games, bar etc

the girl at the counter was also very nice and understanding and graciously granted us a late check out

included and nadia on the front desk was excellent - friendly and helpful with transport, early check in, explanation of facilities etc

very clean. gym and pool were awesome. great location just a block from beal street.

outrageous pet fee not disclosed until the final bill.

we got back from the play at 10:25 and nothing open except room service

breakfast not included. no coffee pot in room, and free coffee wasn’t served until 6 a.m.

they even waived the pet fee and gave my dog a lovely bowl and mat
