bar area (where they serve excellent drinks including vintage calvados) is quite small so quickly (+) only downside i can think of is the breakfast can use some variety, however the bar has a lot of drinks to choose from , including some excellent calavados (+) cozy little bar and wonderful breakfast each morning (+) also, very pleased with the breakfast and bar service (+) the bar area and staff were approachable and engaged (+) loved the cozy bar area where we relaxed by the fire in the evenings with a drink and snack

was very clean and sweet we had a family room with two kids all fitted in there comfortably

the wifi signal could be boosted to reach the top floor.

(-) breakfast coffee from a machine was not good (+) breakfast with all you need for another day visiting the beautiful village of caen and the sad (+) breakfast included with huge choice (-)layout of the breakfast facilities was spread around the restaurant, which we found confusing, otherwise a very (+)cup of tea at breakfast was very difficult and complicated (+) very good selection for breakfast even though it was only 6am
