cleanliness around pool and spa area not good

very clean and accessible. right off the interstate, continental breakfast and pleasant staff.

the staff was professional and friendly, and the breakfast was hot and tasty

and down the halls but at this particular hotel i found it very peaceful early in the morning at breakfast time and also throughout the day and night without a lot of noise

wasn't cooked well (watery eggs, boiled sausage) must have been a room full of little kids above us because we could hear them running and bonking around

complaint is the pool area is a little small, and it was too cold for me, but the kids loved it

i was bummed the pool was 'closed for maintenance'

pool was a little dirty and cloudy

after traveling for 12+ hours we were picked up on time by the shuttle bus

the bar and restaurant being closed on friday night morning coffee was tasteless

the hotel is beautiful and i love that there was a sports bar in the basement another bar on the lobby level and a restaurant

the roof- top bar is fantastic and has a great view of the city

the kitchen is excellent and the corner nook for eating was much nicer than a hotel room's usual

concierge and bar staff were great!!

beautiful full kitchen in this suite with high end coffee maker that made me feel like i was at home

of architecture in the book tower building and the roof top bar to have drinks at sunset
