no bar a bit disappointing. general lack of eating houses in hotel vicinity.

hotel advertises a restaurant and room service

the food from room service wasn't very good

due to covid, the only way to get info was through the app which didn't work at all to show room service options

was a disappointment, good selection of cold options but very pool selection of hot food

us the other things you'd expect

the room was well appointed and the swimming pool was a real plus in the warm weather

stunning views, lovely friendly staff, nice rustic ambience, and good breakfast with delicious fresh fruit to start

the hotel s gardens are beautiful and the pool area is a dream

good restaurant, but the choices at breakfast was a bit limited

good , close to everything, staff is friendly with good english level, hotel has parking with the ev charger, room is ok

we travelled with our two kids and really enjoyed swimming in the heated outdoor pool and lying in the sun with the heat lamp

fantastic spa , with one of the best thai massages i ve had outside of thailand

also it was a shame the zen pool had so many kids it would have been better as the adults area

all pools need to be heated, more evening activities and bar opens late

u have to go to italy or uk for that in my opinion ) i liked the fact you could have breakfast cooked separately on a griddle

staff were outstanding in all area from the reception staff to housekeeping bar staff and the restaurant staff were first class

using our own until another guest informed us we could get them from hotel didn't know about the gym ie if we where allowed to use it pool man was very quick to remove towels from beds
