my room was next to guest laundry and it was loud until midnight.

loved the kitchen we had in our deluxe suite. very convenient with the dishes provided as well.

unfortunately the breakfast left a lot to be desired.

the pool was closed and 3 days after we stayed there they change us from the room we were because the

pool is closed, upon arrival the desk person told me that he couldn’t put me in the room i had a

and when they did have towels they would only allow us 2 towels for four people to use after the pool and showering

bed was comfortable and pool was nice.

excellent room overall, very friendly staff and great options for the included breakfast

served for a kindergarten class and what happened to basic things like having weights in the gym

breakfast sandwich was the consistency of rubber.

offered an actual roll-away crib with a mattress for no extra charge, and had dirt-free breakfast options - including almond milk

one elevator was out of service for my entire stay. the laundry room was dirty and had bugs.

nice location, quiet, comfortable beds, nice bathrobes. bar staff were friendly.

the small cafe for morning coffee and lovely bar for an evening drink were convenient

the restaurant, bar and patisserie were phenomenal

our room was wonderful and the food and drinks from the restaurant and bar were delicious
