upgraded room from a smoking room to non smoking, paid extra and it was advertised microwave but there was no

room is very clean, wifi didn't drop

when we were in the parking lot after check out waiting for the car to heatup they had already

no lights, no working wifi

it was a no pet place, signs said no pets, booking com said it was pet friendly

got a non smoking room but next door was smoking in their bathroom which you can smell in ours

the early morning, wanted to stay the weekend, and was told the hotel was booked, even though the parking lot

included breakfast( waffles, bagels, toasts, cereal,juice, coffee and yogurt

the staff was great but there was no breakfast, just little morning snacks(granola bars,belvita cookies,coffee

let me know when the pool was opened & when breakfast would be out

it was pet friendly and very convenient to joint base mdl. beds were fairly comfortable.

wifi was choppy and everything points to the fact of them having a pool and it was closed

my pet peeve in most places is terrible towels, they have changed that here

were nails in the parking lot and i got two nails in my tires and didn't get compensated for my

second room the heater didn t work by the 3rd room i had to pass both my kids that were asleep alone to last

i was excited to have a pool at this location but when we were there i couldn t let my kids swim in a greenish

only bad thing was laundry never worked

everything was perfect and the hotel breakfast was great

for going to sesame place having shuttle is great convenience so no one has to worry about parking @park
