wifi is weak

the room service was good, extra towels, clean bathroom, vacuumed floors, and trash was emptied

great cable tv and wifi. bed was comfortable. good location

they are pet friendly, wifi is free.

the kitchen was fully stocked with everything you could need to cook meals

the kids slept on the sofa bed which had a paper thin mattress but kind of expected for a sofa bed

and access to the gym and rooftop should be included in the price of the room

the condon has a nice kitchen, bath room, balcony and king size bed plus garage parking

for the money we paid to stay at one lakeside, we still had to pay another facility to use there gym/workout facility

room 229 and bed and room size and kitchen and all staff thank you .

continental breakfast was quite slow at replenishing eggs and sausage, it would be nice to have a bagel cream

the spa tub was hot and amazing

staff was highly accommodating of early check in and towels etc

the room had a kitchenette and a lot of room

didn’t like being right next to laundry room

the staff were always lovely and i really appreciated the opportunity to do laundry comfortably in the hotel

our dog with us and they put us in the room right by the ice machine and laundry

where not clean and rug was soo dirty plus bathroom was worse when my kids where taking shower it was so slippery and ac was not working it was keep on turning off mid

we were traveling with 2 young kids who wind down with bathtime before bed

the breakfast had a great selection

the staff were not knowledgeable about facilities, as they didn't even know where their laundry machines were located

the pool and hot tub were clean, and they cleaned it every morning

nice staff. rooms a very quite. the pool and workout facilities are well above average.

the breakfast was plentiful, and the sausage and eggs were hot and fresh

the pool was oddly cold is my only dislike

we were not expecting a functioning kitchen area, so next time we will bring food
