liked that there were 2 hot tubs, one in a quieter area without kids

wasn t clean, booked a 2 bedroom hotel room with a kitchen, had 2 adults and 3 kids

facility has a great pool, especially if you have both older kids and little ones

laundry facilities have been broken the whole time two months and there is no coffee or tea here so

no room service at all our room was never cleaned we had to begged for cleaned towels and bedsheets

also, wifi disconnected me about every 15-20 minutes

washer didn t work , personnel didn t care - go and use the first floor laundry - was the answer

the coffee was 2 days old dirty not a safe place they have nothing for breakfast

we even had an issue with some other guests where kids were disruptive and the front desk handled it immediately

liked that it had a laundry room, especially since we were already traveling for a few days, as well as a small

pool for grandkids

kids loves the pool

the staff quiet rooms and beds are the best part nobody uses the pool so i m not sure what the temp is

loved the pool for the grand kids

i understand most places have some sort of fee for a pet

very accommodating and good selection for breakfast.
