the pool was private and was never crowed in fact we had it to ourselves

the hotel pools are chlorinated; a salt water pool would be much nicer

next to the hotel running into the beach (not smelly though) no sun on our private terrace the pool is small

fraudulently charged my credit card after my departure, claiming i had stolen a beach bag and laundry bag from

comfort and bed matress, the restaurant and bar area with its beautiful view on the sea and the overall design

every morning the staff went about cleaning the pool and lounge area, preparing breakfast, and our rooms were

breakfast was absolutely terrific with so much to chose from and even freshly cooked options as

pool could have been cleaner

our room was in front of the laundry room of the hotel, so it was not that nice and there was a door in between

they offered me shuttle service from and to the airport, included with my stay :) finally, their food is great

the beach, pool, restaurant and supposed luxury amenities were not able to be fully utilized by guests because

we enjoyed all of the amenities including the gym and horseback riding

liked the pool; however the posted hours were different from the sheet i was given at check-in and it closed

hotel was quiet and the included breakfast was a nice bonus

parking could be a little better as not many spaces

loud dogs barking early in the morning and wifi so-so in the rooms but that's all.

upon arrival i was able to have an early check in which made all the difference

our rooms were ready and we were so happy with the set up, the ac worked wonderfully and the wifi and tv were

parking lot after 6 pm we need to call officers to open the gate due they not are right there to

problems with the wifi, kept getting kicked out every few minutes

our huge room had a kitchen, awesome ocean view, lots of windows and screens for fresh air, great shower

i loved; the quiet and seclusion, really good restaurant, very attentive staff, pretty pool, beautiful view,

cooked dinner a couple days and the kitchen was well outfitted for this

we were pretty disappointed that the pool was out of commission

breakfast says all inclusive but you only have 2 choices and only coffee
