room service came at 9 o'clock am and started explaining something in spanish

we also had to pay for our 7 year old's breakfast, as it appeared the room we booked for 4 was actually for 3

there was a pool but it's working hours were not great, we could not use it when we arrived (just after 6 pm)

i was not treat right by any of the staff, the room was not what i booked and the wifi hardly worked in my

relatively good value. walkable to the bus station. breakfast was basic but fine.

tried to over charge me for breakfast buffet, when i spoke with the manager they refunded my money

airco at breakfast, it was really cold in there while the rest of the hotel was super hot

so much variety on the breakfast buffet and the guys looking after everyone at breakfast were very helpful and

wifi very slow

when i aske the day staff for some extra water they informed me that i had to call room service

good facility, pool, gym and staff are very friendly

outside zone with swimming pool is good. location is quite comfortable.
