breakfast was great both days. staff was friendly and helpful.

breakfast was excellent

breakfast quality and options

they took time out from their busy morning in the kitchen to answer my husband's relentless questions about

great choices given for breakfast and food was plentiful and delicious

staff was very helpful with our late check in and the breakfast was very nice

plus there was people hanging outside in the parking lot at night

the pet fee was outrageous

the parking at night was so bright

bigger parking lot

breakfast was super good

we loved the room. it overlooked the pool and pond

parking lot was treacherous

appreciated the fact that the hotel had a shuttle

easy to get in and out of. parking lot big. super fast elevator

had to walk above the restaurant and by the banquet rooms to get to the pool and gym

very convenient to rupp arena. love hanging out at the bar area.

the airport shuttle refused to pick up my sister from the airport despite saying they could pick her up

the gym and pool

would be nice if the bar and restaurant could stay open a little later especially after an event

ours was supposed to have been a non-smoking room, there was a strong smell of something which was probably

oh and no breakfast either

wasn't even a hot breakfast

non smoking rooms are better than the smoking

good location, friendly staff. decent breakfast. price was right for the accommodations.

central location to the events that i was attending during my stay and the pool.

was super nice, the room service food was excellent, attached garage is great- $12 a day in and out

room service food was excellent and fast. decent size fridge in room

pool is on the cold side but i love it

shuttle to/from the airport was offered

free laundry..! always a plus.

the staff was amazing! the kitchen suite was perfect!

you had all your basic needs met in the fully equipped kitchen in your room

laundry facility, exercise room

free laundry was amazing and fairly priced snack foods

parking area need to be swept

you, avoid rooms at the h, i, and j doors as there is no decent area to walk the dog (it's the parking lot) and

second shift lady smoking pot out front by the laundry with her friends in a gray car

loud (muffler?) car that drove through the parking lot frequently

was very noisy, not enough parking, although it smelled good and fresh cleanliness was

a huge plus was their pet policy which allowed us to keep our traveling dog with us

the parking lot is way too small

there was plenty of room for three people, we used the pool and gym several times, and the kitchen allowed us

great patio, pool and grills

easy access and plenty of parking, friendly staff and the kitchen was a bonus

breakfast was delicious room was roomy and clean

no wifi, tv didn t work, air wouldn t turn off and smelled old

so quiet, great breakfast, friendly staff, real tableware (bowls and mugs)

it was a delicious breakfast and the kitchen staff were extremely pleasant

wish there was laundry detergent available in the laundry for purchase

pet accommodations excellent. beds comfortable. staff personable.

the pool the staff was great. thank you wilma

plenty of parking

breakfast was good

parking

quick check-in, polite staff, they have security, the area was safe, the telephone worked, the wifi was great,

wifi was very poor

ease of access to parking

quiet, well-lit parking, clean.

pet friendly. large room with a desk.

wifi network is terrific, staff is friendly, location is very good and it s quite nice with a

comfy bed and kitchen and cookie cutter exterior

convenient location and ample parking.

we like the location and the fact that there were laundry facilities on site

wifi did not work in my room no washcloth or hand towel noise from unit above

great warm indoor swimming pool, comfortable bed and pillows, nice towels, good breakfast

wifi was slow

only complaint is no fault of the property, but there's a $35/pet fee that isn't listed on booking

furniture looking a little scruffy room was clean but by the time you dd pets on i paid 150 and it sure wasn

not told of any charges for a pet, and it appeared on my credit card

breakfast was wonderful

clean, friendly staff. good breakfast. reasonably priced. pet friendly.

the pool being open for the kids. and a very nice professional staff.

also appreciated the later check-out time, we took the kids for a dip in the pool to get energy out before

i wish they had pet rooms on the 1st floor.

neighbors we have babies, and they like to play scream a little bit and i m afraid the kids will stain something

well at 11:30pm, two men got into a fight in the parking lot near our room

the staff was pleasant. the pet costs were cheap. first dog free and second was $15/night.

the rooms were great and there was no pet fee for my one dog.

this was a basic motel. it had beds and bathroom facilities. no pet fee was nice.

didn't like that the sink was leaky under the kitchen sink part and i did not like that the water didn't get

i expected more of a kitchen, but the room was nice.

rooms could use two trash cans one for bathroom / kitchen area one for beds

very poorly maintained, and is used as indigent, transient, extended stay (including camping in parking

i really like the remodel i like the little kitchen area and the beds were comfortable

parking was tight

pool & hot tub were advertised- even pictures marketing it s availability when checking in, we

the staff was so nice!! the breakfast was great!!

breakfast needs to be available earlier on the weekends just like it is during the week.

the pool area, pool and hot tub were not clean

wifi service could have been a little better

unloading and parking were relatively easy but there are minimal stairs and some distance walking involved

also, overnight parking is further away from the guest room buildings and you cannot drive up to the building

since we arrived after sunset, it was very difficult parking, unloading and finding our way to the building

wifi repeater was weak and we couldn't get online

i got a smoking room, and that's what it smelled like

wifi sucks

plenty of free parking and close to plenty of restaurants and shops

parking lot needed a good cleaning, lots of trash outside doorways into the motel

is a separate smoking building at hotel which is a plus for the smokers and it doesn't bother the ones that don

i paid for a handicap room but didn't get to park in my parking spot

parking lot and grounds was full of trash

i booked a smoking room and the owner/manager sent us to a non smoking room

rooms large, beds comfortable. parking easy and safe.

accessible pet friendly no pet charge updated rooms easy on and off from highway nice staff person, checking
