could nor use the swimming pool was full off leafs

when i clearly said early check in

and would not allow for an early check in even if it’s 30 or 10 mins before check in time unless you pay 80 which is higher

website advertised an outdoor swimming pool

the pool needed cleaning there was a lot of deposit in the bottom of it

every aspect of my stay was a 10 from staff, my room, and convenient well stocked bar on sight

sadly the pool is still closed.

they served breakfast at 7 and i had to be at work at 7

breakfast was just okay.

i wish there was a hot tub, not just a pool.

was exceptional loved that the pool was right outside my door

where it's situated, great breakfast area and it was clean

i was able to catch up on laundry during my stay - and the desk staff person had quarters in exchange for my paper money

we were not informed of changes due to covid 19, locked lobby, no coffee in rooms, no pool use, etc

the manager said the smell was coming from the laundry room, but it smelt like it was coming from the room across from me

laundry facilities out of order, i reserved a non smoking on first floor and got a smoking on third

watch out for the needles in the parking lot

after 9pm no bar or room service was available in the hotel during the week, as there were no other bars open

super and i mean super clean rooms, the staff is unreal very helpful and most pleasant, the bar and restaurant is off the hook too, five stars all the way can't wait to get back

we were there on a sunday the restaurant and spa were closed

no swimming pool and full service spa facilities.

i had to go to all three floors to finally find somebody who was actually doing laundry and clean towels from her

no place to get quarters for laundry.

accessible room shared a wall with the hotel laundry room -- dryer noise at 8am was a bit loud, but not excessive

they allowed us to check in 3 hours early. there was a hot breakfast.

to dig around for condiments at the end of the breakfast open time but other than that we loved it

good breakfast - eggs, waffles, yogurt, oatmeal, etc

the staff were very helpful and polite, the beds were cozy and the continental breakfast was a nice touch

covid 19 reducing their breakfast selections.

we did not take advantage of the breakfast so i can't judge the breakfast offered

if they can provide options for two queen beds plus kitchen, it would be better

gym is very equipped with squash, and very comprehensive in general. its not too short

dont ever stay on the bottom floor especially near the pool

isn't known for being safe, this complex is secure and the rooms all face inward toward the pool and parking
