only thing i didn't like was that the chlorine in the indoor pool started to make my eyes burn after a while and i wasn't even in the water

kids running up and down the hallway all night long

were comfy, had cold breakfast, great internet and i was upgraded without extra charge

i feel safe and protected. breakfast is pretty good.

wish the fitness room was open, but it was under renovation.

they allowed early check in

hallway was full of plates / food from room service from time of check-in (6 pm) until i left in the morning (4 am) (-)a little more effort on cleaning. a room service guide in hotel room (+)the bed was amazing. room service was great too. (-)i was over charged for my room service. (-)how high the room service was (+) we orders room service i wanted a small diner since it was late i ordered the child s cobb salad and it was (+) most importantly to me after a long day of traveling is room service (+)the room was spacious, excellent mattress, quick room service. wonderful fries and burger! (+)liked convenience of the underground walkway from the parking lot and the room service was (+)clean rooms, easy self parking, and 24/7 room service.

was a pleasant stay since this was the first time we stayed at this hotel which provides breakfast and dinner for free as a complimentary service for the guests

they had a great breakfast, dinner, indoor/outdoor pool, hot tub, and cardio room(gym)

shuttle picks up from w2 entrance near baggage claim at :15 and :45 on the hour

i liked the fact that the room had a kitchenette and fridge

drug trap with half washed laundry as well as a rude staff including the manager

for change to wash my clothes, which made things easier for me, and i did not have to go to the laundry mat

were able to do an early check in which was amazing since we had an overnight flight and didn’t get any

so many people trying to do laundry all at once
