no laundry facilities

there is no wifi it blink s in out

old box tv, rude staff, when we complained they said they couldn't do anything about it, also wifi would not

i did not feel safe staying there nor leaving my vehicle in the parking lot

was subjected to leave the 8th floor down to the laundry room on ground floor to warm my food that was the

paying to park and wifi not included. i thought it was included at doubletree now.

the staff treated my kids amazing and were giving extra service for their birthday

kitchen staff were extremely friendly n helpful

they tried on my dog but yet there pet friendly

site laundry was a big plus after days of traveling and the room and halls smelled fresh and clean

i saw that it was pet friendly and noted that i had my cat with us

the breakfast was not that good. that's all i didn't like about the place.

liked the fact that they were pet friendly and they had outside doors for the guest that had pets

last few times wasn't pleasant due to others smoking habits, but this time clean

roaches everywhere. bed bugs and weird people in parking lot

for a ground level non smoking room but got up stairs smoking room

never got any water to come into the bathtub roaches crawling in the bathtub when i got there the parking lot

homeless people hanging around parking lot

upgraded decor, new carpet, modern televisions

pet friendly and decent pet deposits and every time the staff in the office has been very nice and

road noise, next to i 44, charges $10 for a pet

also people hanging out in the parking lot was disturbing

the breakfast was good

but i highly recommend this hotel because the manager accommodated us and made sure our kids had a couch in

the breakfast area could have been larger,tables to close together.

breakfast was available in the morning and coffee in the lobby

i also liked the room set up with the kitchen, popcorn, and free coffee.

the ladies running the bar were very friendly and prompt.

the bar and grill on the top floor is outstanding

free laundry facilities was a bonus

hotel was new, clean and the pool was very nice for our team to enjoy
