it all began over a glitch with card (on an unannounced trip) for the pet fee

they charge $25 for early check in and check out time is 10:30am instead of 11am like 99

place will work with u on early check in late check out at no cost and they willing to waive the deposit

early but my past experiences have been very good; i also didn't get to use the other facilities (gym, pool, etc) this time but those have also been really nice when i have used them in the past
