couldn t get into the pool

the property was close to restaurants (shared a parking lot with one) and grocery store

some of the people hanging around the parking lot concerned us a little, but nothing of concern occurred

in a great location, big and convenient parking lot.

room had a pretty bad smell (might have been an issue only in pet-friendly room though) and noise from nearby

the location was excellent, close to restaurants. the breakfast was quite fast and satisfying.

the rooms were very nice and comfortable, even in a pet friendly room

the location is central and excellent with ample parking

had very little gluten free options and that i had to give a $400 deposit due to having a pet

i had a cooler bag and the front desk staff graciously put the cold pack in the kitchen freezer for me

fully equipped kitchen, fully equipped bathroom including samsung laundru and drying

could use a kettle and frying pan. no laundry detergent but did supply dish washer detergent

exceptionally comfortable (furniture, mattress, linens etc) the kitchen was surprisingly very well equipped

no gym/pool due to covid? restaurant has scanty hours.

room service was ok but inconsistent - some days no towel service, bed not made but towels service

room had a $75 added charge for a pet; indicating it would be deep cleaned after our visit

hotel is very clean and the bartender at the cafe' and bar was fantastic

room service food is overpriced and lame

for restaurants and events staff could be more helpful to new customers and help explain how breakfast is served

the kids loved the pool and hot tub

screen on the bathroom window, no air conditioning, advertised pet friendly but didn t mention the surcharge

we went to the dining area and no staff to be seen or an area set up for a breakfast bar or buffet so we left

they now include breakfast with the room price making it even better value for money

liked that there was a gym, it was clean and lots of options but it could be a bit bigger

parking at the door made it easy to unload and load.

there was a mini fridge and microwave. parking was in front of the room.

door was chipped, bathtub was rusty, people next door were blasting their speakers all night long smoking in

quite neighbourhood and parking right in front of your motel room.

the pool and gym were in good order, and extra towels were provided

there was no roll in bed, that the breakfast was not included

only thing that could've been better would be the pool facility
