room service ends at 11:00 on the weekend, and we were starving after returning from the wedding

restaurant and bar area were very disappointing

i booked this stay to have a weekend getaway with my kids so they could swim

check in & out was very easy and i liked they offer early check in & later checkout (for a fee of course)

then she informed my family that the pet fee was $250 plus a nightly fee

asked for a non-smoking room and my bed had a cigarette burn hole on the bedspread

room smelled like weed even though it said it was a non smoking room, the sheets weren t fully clean

we took our towels to the laundry room and the hotel staff exchanged them there for us

i liked that i got what i booked a 2 bed room with a/c, non-smoking and free wifi connection.

racoons were all in trash which is natural, but the pool was not functioning and the property wasn't maintained

there that should have been, management, wouldn't help us with extra pillows or blankets, and the pool was dirty

hit our car in the parking lot in the middle of the night and tore our bumper off

highly dislike: being put in a smoking room when i reserved a non-smoking, seeing dead roaches smashed on the

parking was plentiful

we got not smoking room but somebody was smoking pot

all of the rooms faced out to the parking lot, so everyone had a clear view of their vehicles

the sign was hard to see where to pull into the parking lot

our room phone doesn t work so when i went to call the front desk to ask what the wifi password was so my

swimming pool close early

the cleanliness the free breakfast lol the laundry area everything was clean and neat

only thing i didn't like was that had a swimming pool but it wasn't open it was closed because of the covet but

i really enjoy my stay here. wish the wifi was better but it s cool

the breakfast was a 2 out of 10 cold cereal and bananas were the choices. plus coffee

curtains don't close fully so the flood lights from the parking lot and walkways filled the room and the couch

the skim milk in the breakfast area was expired but otherwise everything was great.

pool was out of order----disappointed our four grandchildren.

my car was stolen from the hotel parking lot, and the hotel not only refuses to take responsibility but also

had to get clerk to unlock pool area. not a big deal really.

bed was extremely comfortable, the mini kitchen was an added bonus

parking could be assigned to be closer to rooms.

scottish is right off main road, and there were three big pickup trucks parked directly outside my door
