friendly staff, our kids in love with bruce

most importantly it's pet friendly

took us a while to connect with the wifi in the room

staff in the spa and the restaurant in the hotel went above and beyond

parking it s small and hard to maneuver around but that really isn t the properties fault

loved that our room was close to the hot tub, sauna and gym

made loves much easier with the kids

it was really expensive for a hotel that doesnt offer bell service, room service, valet (self park is $20 per

sight, not as much as the grand georgian, but i could see the hills and a nice view of the pool and everything

quite expensive, you have to pay for everything extra (except for the gym and pool), taking the gondola for a

fireplace, balcony, full kitchen w dishes etc

we had a room with the fireplace, which was very cozy

this place was awesome, so close to all restaurants and the spa was amazing

wifi could have been easier to login

they gave us late check out then tried to kick us out before

the fireplace in the room and huge bathtub

was perfect for our family vacation, two room suit was just good enough for the family, and the kids loved their

the fireplace, the view, the bathroom, parking

i also enjoyed the adult pool and hot tub areas

the suite is very good, well organized and the kitchen has everything you need

liked everything full kitchen, living room area, bedroom, washroom, wifi, movies to watch and most of all outside

to add more kitchen stuffs

but for the most part it was spotless, especially the kitchen

they have golf lessons, bicycle tracks, indoor/outdoor swimming pool etc

restaurant & bar is very good and open until 10pm

beds were hard and the 3 fireplaces in our unit did not work

the swimming pool was beautiful and very cozy indoor

i liked the pool and the gym. they offer discounts on the breakfast buffet and spa.

beautiful, clean, and good parking

i also wasn't impressed having to pass the laundry and staff prep areas on the way to/from my room on the ground

had booked a king room but was pleasantly surprised to have been given a condo (kitchen, living room, balcony)

nice and clean and front desk agent reymark help me to book the pool and gym

everything is closeby also the golf course n kayak

parking was easy

everything was closed or restricted - gym, pool, spa

wifi was really bad

wasn't a hair dryer in our room, which was bothersome since we used the pool and wanted to dry our hair

the kitchen had all appliances and dishes/glasses

clean, roomy suite/nice fireplace

fireplace did not work or at least i couldnt get it to work

sons phone woulnt connect to wifi which the free breakfast would have went we got a snack bag no one liked the

free breakfast, wifi & free parking on site

when we decided to book an extra night, we all enjoyed the pool and hot tub, lots of parking and food walking

also, it was very stuffy and our room smelt like dirty laundry

also our window was level with the parking lot and road

the wifi was not very strong.

parking is congested at the inn

very comfortable, quiet, free parking, free coffee, fridge, microwave, good tv, deep bathtub

in the room location is perfect (close to blue mountain, near various good restaurants) free parking and wifi

parking was a bit tight.

in the room was very overpowering and not overly pleasant to me - i had to store it under the kitchen sink

the kitchenette was a great feature - we had breakfast in our room

it s great that there s a small kitchen with a fridge and kettle but next time i ll select the room

the staff in the lobby bar were knowledgeable and friendly and gave good recommendations for dinner

great french restaurant poppies down the street, parking and a beautiful backyard with firepit, it's own sweet

it is extremely pet friendly

wifi was spotty at best so i couldn't do my work

parking was taken by the yoga studio next door so had to street park. not a big deal though.

we have to ask an employee to unlock the laundry room for every load. it should be unlocked.

the breakfast was very good with a lot of variety

facility, with a large parking lot and helpful staff

wifi free, and parking free as well

clean rooms and facilities ample parking and a great

parking next to room

not enough parking at check in

wifi was great - cable was great

to every detail including room decor, court yard, fire pits ( cutest s mores kits) , the apres bar is perfect

as an old-fashioned motel should be, it was close to the road with adequate on-site parking

wifi is not so good connecting.

hot up and pool were great

loved the pool, hot tub, fireplace, hiking trails, animals, and breakfast

atmosphere the pool should hv some lighting around it after dark but otherwise amazing getaway

i loved the warm, cozy atmosphere, enjoyed spending time with the farm animals, and the indoor pool was delightful

kids like bathtubs and me to

parking

wifi didn't work in our room. room was not very equipped. no table, no coffee / tea machine.

wifi should be better.

the bbq was clean, and the pool is also a treat

the bar below our room, room was unusually laid out

there is also an outdoor pool for guests to relax at if the beach is too crowded

there is a bar and coffee bar below with shops

parking was kind of tight but it is winter and snowbanks

we asked for a early check in, and the received it

real plates, wine glasses, etc

the pool area was good, but could use a little tlc.

the grounds very also enjoyable and very short walk to the mini golf which my parents love to play and just a

noisy, small parking area

i was missing a kitchen knife however i was given one upon asking. i wish it was cheaper.

and couldnt find the garbage bin in the kitchen

staff is friendly and helpful and the wifi is fast (please use your own room# router to access, if not it will

the place was clean and there were kitchen supplies

where it is i have to sit on a kitchen chair to watch, which is not comfortable

were surprised that there was a pool as well as the complimentary continental breakfast

the heated salt water pool was perfect

the parking area is small hard to get in and out of parking spot with my truck

wifi was terrible there were ants

i know the pool is nice from a previous stay
