breakfast was not the traditional japanese hotel breakfast, there were a lot of options

full breakfast available every morning. staff were very friendly even if not speaking english.

the area around the hotel was quite charming and the breakfast was okay

good value for a typical japanese business hotel. breakfast was compact but adequate.

good parking

hour reasonably priced room service as love hotels usually offer is fun to have

were 6 adults in 3 rooms

i didn't see a smoking or non smoking option so i assumed it would be non-smoking

polite staff, free drinks, free parking, good privacy

excellent japanese breakfast

the onsen was great and breakfast was lovely.

a little far away from town if you have no car. however, the shuttle service really helped!

onsen with good views across to mt asama, excellent japanese style breakfast and dinner, japanese style gardens

the wifi was very patchy as it was on a booster and pretty much didn t work for a day or two

buffet breakfast and dinner is excellent, lots of choices and delicious

i love the buffet-style dining cuz i can choose my own food there is a shuttle bus from ueda station or matsumoto
