very good location, delicious breakfast, friendly staff

breakfast is good. public bath is good. very close to the train station.

great for 1 night stay en route to airport. breakfast was good. parking available.

the breakfast was generous

close to the train station, comfortable accommodations, laundry facility, and a good breakfast every morning

bad smell from smoking in the room, sometimes bad smell coming from ventilation

got cultural shock what adults only hotel means in japan, in europe it just means no kids , here it

in the uk adults only means a nice peaceful stay without children running around, not a sex hotel where you

room has smells like smoking room. air condition and fan's sounds too loud.

the breakfast included in the price has to be chosen from a menu in the room

+++ facilities are clean +++ staff are wonderful +++ wifi is great +++ location is amazing (convenience store

slow wifi connection.

very nice staff, wifi worked flawlessly, very clean, comfy beds, lots of amenities, metro station just in front

wifi was also great

there was no wifi connection

it would be nice to have a gym and sauna . the entrance to the hotel was very dark at night.

place, satisfied hotel staffs, very close to haginochaya station, convenient for all ages, free wifi is easy to

the showers were exceptionally clean and the laundry room was so convenient

my kids got a bit scared by that

easy check-in and check-out, easy to use laundry, comfortable beds, not too far from several train stations

the dryer in laundry could not really make cloth dry enough after 30 munits.

wifi didn t work in the rooms

the dryer took ages and in the end the receptionist took me to a coin laundry where i got my clothes dried

like that there are laundry facility available to guest

late check in was simple. laundry facilities available. great supermarket about 50 metres away.

laundry available to use

staff were very helpful and kind. liked the laundry facilities and the vending machines.

room bigger than normal japan hotel with kitchen, microwave and washing machine

no kitchen but microwaver, oven and gas cooker for simple cooking

room size is pretty big - you get your own complete kitchen and washing machine for laundry too

wifi is low speed.

also, the wifi in my room never worked, but i had unlimited data so i was okay

the wifi works, but it was a bit slow and would disconnect randomly

the wifi is subpart, you'll often get less than 1mbps, i suggest you get yourself a 5g key.

they gave laundry facility and vendo machine as well

slow internet and i have to use my own personal pocket wifi for fast connection

wifi very slow

microwave and laundry are in the premise too

wifi worked fine and staff at reception were pleasant

they provide coffee and hot water on the 1st floor, also there's a small kitchen, a laundry and even a workspace

it's unclean, moldy tiny bathroom, food stuck in the basin from previous guests, very weak wifi better have

wifi signal is weak

can do laundry at the bathroom, have self service washing machine and dryer

it was great that there were laundry facilities too

centre - convenient shops nearby - good for walks - easy to check in and out independently - good wifi - loads

laundry didn't have soap and the clothes came out smelling funny, and the dryers needed a few

laundry dryer is not working well, used for 2 rounds but clothes are still damp

reasonable price close to city centre and transport laundry service clean communal showering

the wifi connection worked finely and we

smelled cigars everywhere, even in non smoking rooms.

booked a non-smoking room, but the smell of the smoke was just too strong in the whole hotel

it would be better to choose non-smoking room if you are not smoking, otherwise the smell in the room is so
