the bar kept running out of spirits and we had a room with a private pool which was lovely except there wasn

crazy golf for all residents but only 2 clubs (9 irons not putters) and balls

the shower was half broken, the wifi was crappie, and one night they lost my dorm key and the reception wasn

the staff changes constantly and we had a wifi problem that we had to explain each time to a different staff

members were welcoming and said cooked a delicious tajine in the evening and an extra coffee for breakfast,

but the best part was the breakfast and amazing views from the rooftop

really loved the place and how spacious it was, very calm and relaxing and the pool was nice

here multiple times as it s convenient, has fantastic views, we prefer the chalets for the kids to run around

the location is great, close to the immi ouadar beach and two aqua parcs close by, a female and kids only and

the resort has two small pools that were full all day long with kids and their parents, so don t count on

accommodation, willing staff, parking space nearby

on both side of the hotel there are free parking places and few supermarkets

there was no room service or restaurant in the hotel but there is one right next to it.

a negative but just a point i will say just the fact that there's no pool or cooked breakfast so your paying

room, the terrace, the sea-view, the breakfast and the possibility of visiting great beaches in the south of

great for kids as the pool is lovely and the fabulous beach is only 10 minutes easy walk away with mcdonalds

if you have kids the entertainment for them is great the staff take great care to make sure everyone is

pool, room was very nice and the bed was comfortable, most of the staff are very nice and

claim to have a 'late breakfast' 1030-1130hrs which is left over pastries in a basket on the bar surrounded by

pool and activities during the day and in the evening were also excellent

i even asked a member of the entertainment staff by the pool one day and he assured me it was on at 8pm (not

lovely little outdoor area from room and water areas were perfect for kids and families

fully equipped kitchen but no washing machine, wifi throughout the hotel

the pool area was lovely and the restaurant was very good value and convenient

the location was good with kids, tons of places to eat, the apartments are nice and spacious.

there was a kitchen with cooker and fridge freezer and everything you could need to cook and eat

excellent value for money, excellent facilities and superb wifi, which was important as i was working

that there was no iron or kettle present in the room, i guess this was because the riad offers a laundry service

note that there is no 24 hour room service or kettle to make tea/coffee in the room

we took full advantage of the room service during our stay, which was such a great treat

turndown of bedrooms was accompanied by candles in the bedroom and bathroom and flower petals around the bath

the pool and garden were quite magical
