laundry room was very dirty, the windows didn’t have screens and there were mosquitoes

gym that actually has a barbell press, right beside the main lodge and chairlifts, nice warm semi

the whole time and the lack of ac and the heater not working very well i will be back to play golf but i don't believe i will stay again not bad place but just not my first

spa area is indoor in basement. hotel only. no kitchenettes. no refund policy.

the spa and sauna were great and the town is beautiful too

the staff were excellent and helped accommodate our early check in, as well as keeping our luggage after checking out until our shuttle arrived

bed was a super king so very comfortable, the room was warm and spacious and the bathroom was very clean

is only a little bar for tea or coffee in the room, it will be better if it has a microwave or little kitchen

infestation must have come from a playmate, but realizing in hindsight that the only times my kids ever got lice was in the 1-2 weeks following a stay at this hotel

booked for 5 people including 3 kids, the manager charged another $ 37 at the check in time without adding any add thing for n the

update laundry room. get vending machines, pop, choc, ect.

the view was fantastic however i never had breakfast so i cannot comment on this .

riverside view, clean room, swimming pool, good breakfast, compy bed, bbq furnace and sweet smile of service people

the laundry room was easily accessible and clean

we had to switch rooms as the laundry was on the floor, beds were not made, and the bathroom toilet had not been flushed

there was no room service and our room overlooked the garbage bins which if we opened the window, it smelled

early check in is good from a 4. hour drive upgrade to a better room the staff fantastic.

not impressed , and i sure wasn’t going to have my kids sleep in a place like this

if you travel with a bottle of wine, crack it open at 9pm when the kids are asleep in just fine made beds

i was told the king rooms with kitchen (i didn't want a kitchen) did not have a view

even the pool appeared to be working although i didn't really looked into using it

room was clean and comfortable, and we loved the pool

i was pulling a boat trailer and she helped is find a spot to park it on their property

continental breakfast is just toast or corn flakes, with bowls too small to eat a sufficient breakfast

the laundry facilities are terrible.

staff were able to get us an early check in which was perfect timing for his surprise

the kids love the slide at the pool, and us parents love the variety of hot beverages available in the lobby (not just coffee)

gym was great; parking for electric vehicles with chargers

there are two ev chargers on-site which is a great plus

were kids playing hockey in the hall in front of our door as well as running up and down the hall

missed the little warm cinnamon buns that used to be at the breakfast bar and even on their signs advertising the brand

we also used the fitness room in the morning which was great to break up our drive

as well, they are pet friendly with a decent pet fee ($15 per pet)

disappointed there was no indoor pool

there is a hot tub only, but no pool

can walk to few food options nearby including casino

the hotel is in a fantastic area for proximity to food, bar, liquor store and even a casino

property is close to the casino

we were able to walk to the casino

not much close to the hotel but the casino is over the road and has a nice sports restaurant
