the outdoor pool should be cleaned daily not weekly

and was expecting a little more when they said breakfast

lovely place, clean and well kept, breakfast was hot and tasty choices

my grandchildren loved the indoor outdoor pool

we liked having a kitchen and items needed to cook and eat furnished

there was a dead bug on the floor in the kitchen when we arrived

rat box right outside room roaches in kitchen

and i am not sure why a property with a kitchenette would not have any pots/pans or silverware

the kitchen. there should be better pest control to handle the roaches.

it had a dining room table that had a kitchen didn't even expect that didn't need it but it was awesome

the swimming pool is very small and non for kids.

very large and comfortable room. friendly staff. free breakfast buffet.

suite was very clean, the kitchen was very organize and has everything you need during the stay

room was somewhat dated, however, the walkable space and kitchen made up the difference for what we needed in a room during our stay

disappointed that the indoor swimming pool had a temperature of 50 degrees

unaccompanied children running around making a mess in breakfast area?

access road and a couple of other properties it is a bit interesting to get into and out if the parking lot

so not only i had to wait over 30 minutes for the staff to figure it out and i had my kids were in my car waiting

but everything worked inside the room, the bathroom, the laundry room, and the snack machines

also, the kitchen don't have an oven and almost don't have utensils (only 2 pans that i

-sent kids to do laundry on third floor, someone accused them of playing in the elevator

dirty stairs, unclean sheets and towels, they have laundry problems, they never changed my sheets while staying there

unneccessary money plus some because my food spoiled due to not receiving room with full fridege/kitchenette
