we booked a non smoking room and he put us in a smoking room
hot in the pool area, lamps didnt work, towels were dingy, tub faucet was broken
pool was closed
cleaning service was prompt and fast also the complimentary continental breakfast was great
no real breakfast worth a darn and no room cleaning
