parking right in front of room

i couldn't tell if the pool was open and is in the parking lot.

parking lot was well lit

parking lot was noisy even late into the night.

also there were no tissues, and wifi was weak

was not even busy or packed and they didn t have keys for the room there were people outside smoking marijuana

advertised having a pool and then the pool wasn't open or working supposed to got breakfast and they didn't even

large groups of people hanging out in parking lot and outside rooms playing very loud music

guest laundry didn't work properly

in late evening very loud car stereo could be heard nearby, probably from the parking lot

i don't think people should be allowed to hang out on the outside unless its in the pool area

no coffee, wifi, or computer/printer access

wifi is weak

exterior, trash around the parking lot, room was in need of paint & minor repairs, more than one small towel

it did have an outdoor pool we didn't use

are beautiful; spa was very refresing; staff was friendly and helpful; breakfast was fantastic; place was

beautiful gardens, nice rooms and delicious breakfast

ev charging is a level 2 tesla charger, which also came in handy

the grounds were beautifully kept, the pool was warm, and the location is great

beautiful grounds, cozy bed, large room, nice breakfast, coffee and tea available all day and super friendly

gym was supposed to be 24 hours and could not access it at 10 pm

the location was wonderful and the breakfast was great!

would have been disappointed by the size of the pool in summer, but it was october and it was heated

no gym, too cold to swim

the staff allowed early check in and late departure. sure helped with wedding plans

very nice grounds, lovely pool, even had a handicapped lift for the pool

not much grass for pets to use

location was easy to get to and had good lighting in parking lot. comfortable beds.

this is an older property, parking can be very tight in spots

the view was very poor unless you liked looking at the druggies in the parking lot.

the room was very clean. the bed was comfortable. plenty of parking.

only issue i had was with some other guests blaring music in the parking lot and sitting outside smoking

was only one handicapped parking space that we could find and were lucky enough to get it when we returned from

excellent staff and excellent customer service and room service

room where somewhat new school feel, loved the colors, great room for price, pool looked amazing goes up to 8ft
