i did not know it was pet friendly. some of my relatives were upset by this. just a heads up!

non smoking room smelled like smoke and had

room i reserved was for non- smoking and we were told none was available so we were giving a smoking room and

it was supposed to be a non smoking room and had ashtrays in room

said he did not receive my email asking for a first floor room (due to my recent knee injury/my pet)

and front desk clerk locking me out my room and we didn t stay 2 nights was only 1 day in and wifi sucked so

vanity area had no lights. the wifi wasn't secure. my phone said major problem if i used it.

we also missed the breakfast that is normally served but because of covid that didn't happen
