across from the main hotel, next door to the fifth season restaurant and our room had a working fireplace

loved the location next to the harbour and ferries, our room, good wifi connection, easy parking, the delicious

phone didn't work so i couldn't order room service and the restaurant was outside and across the street

the staff was very nice and helpful and the spa was also very nice

room was nice and big; the bar area was staffed by a wonderful woman; the location is right on the water

staff was very helpful!! children loved the pool!!

wish the bar & the pool were open later (but probably those 2 don t mix well lol)

there was a bar set with microwave, refrigerator and mini keurig machine

the last night we were there they shoved so much chlorine in pool that kids couldn’t enjoy it

much to complain about so what i am just being nitpicky the pool area could use a hot-tub and bigger towels

paid $35 extra for early check in . it was less than one hour.

not too many choices for breakfast; for the price, i wish they had better variety and hot food.
