cleanliness and offers a free pool

lot’s of noise , music , kids, parties… had small flies inside the room

staff would not help us get on the wifi.

roaches .....not good to take kids....

the hotel rooms were nice and the ac was cool and swimming pool was cool

and i loved the fact that the pool stayed open all night

laundry room only has one washer and one dryer

it has an outdoor swimming pool that is well maintained and not over crowded

liked but maybe pool needs more space.

we needed for our beach stay no complaints just an fyi though, no late check out which is fine because check out was at 11 anyways

in the advertising it did not say it had a kitchen

had a strange odor, sink would clog up, the kitchen sink sprayed water

was clean beds were comfortable always had clean towels when we needed nice kitchen & bathroom areas will stay here

breakfast could have been better maybe more options

really liked the queen bed with kitchen.

after using the spa bath and all the water had drained, the spa bath was dirty

and the spa tub was not clean and the room wasnt cleaned properly before we got the room and we didnt use

we even got offered early check in per our request

liked that it was one of the few hotels with an in-room spa bath, even though it felt like it was a little small

the size of the pool was rather small.

was very helpful, from early check in to late check out they were so accommodating and friendly, will definitely stay

was fine, we just had a small issue with in the kitchen, but they quickly fixed the problem for us

hotel has pool , zacuzzi and a pool table inside lobb is open till midnight

and the kids enjoyed the pools and the beach was just right there

we arrive a little to early than usual check in time, but that was no problem they allowed us to do an early check in

is excellent from the desk to kitchen to room service staff to maintenance

check-in smooth, room was as described, clean and spacious, breakfast was good

was a nice stay and have heated temperature pool and great breakfast and good cleaning staff i’m very

enjoyed the fact my 3 bedroom had easy access to the pool and beach and lot of room for the kids

i loved the pool it was so relaxing and huge! and the location right on the beach

parking is separated from the rooms so it s a short walk to get there. bar closes at 9.

i did note that there were several, at least 10 adults with about 15 kids, in the pool that did not have a band on

when my colleagues and i arrived at 10am we enquired about early check in

it had good breakfast and the beds were so comfortable

had planned one entire pool day with the kids even went and bought new swimsuits for nothing

room was first class!!!! and the breakfast was fantastic and hot!!!!!
